The One Who Waits is a very interesting character once he joins your community in COTL. He is still mean, condescending and demanding to the Lamb, but he becomes a lot calmer when he gives you task to do.

First, he asked you to built him a skull statue. I was surprised to see that he was actually upset that he was the only bishop who doesn't have his own statue. He gives you a little more respect when you build the right statue for him.

Second, he asked you to collect Camellia from Darkwood. He tells you of his memories of Leshy and how that he loved how chaotic his world was. He wonders if the flowers still grow there, even though he feels insulted when you give them to him.

Third, he asked you to collect the Menticide Mushrooms of Anura as he remembers Heket. Out of all the bishops, it sounds like he disliked Heket the most, since he calls her words "toxic" and "foul".

Fourth, he then wants you to collect crystal shards from Anchordeep as he remembers Kallamar. He mentions how Kallamar feared him but gives recognition that he loved Kallamar's temple.

The last request in remembrance of the bishops is the most interested one to me: he asked you to collected Spider Silk from Silk Cradle. ( The pictures posted show his response). He thinks about Shamura as you give him the Spider silk. He really liked Shamura since he was the smartest out of all the bishops, but he seems like he feels the most regret hurting him the most.

The One Who Waits is also very talkative when he wants to be, he talks to the other followers and doesn't mind kisses from the Lamb (in my gameplay I married them both XD).
