(Mega Man Style - Stage 4)

I've been thinking about covering one of his Mega Man Style tracks for a while and decided to give in. Since this was one of my favorites (next to Stage 3) I thought I'd choose this piece to cover. I also figured it'd make sense to have this be a QSound take considering that's what the Mega Man Complete Works soundtrack used, although I'm not necessarily trying to copy the EXACT sound of Mega Man CPS2.
