I’ve just uploaded the Pre-Alpha (Version: 0.04) of Star Dawn. I created SD because I felt the need to try and understand how GameMaker: Studios Box2D physics works, even if it meant creating a headache for myself. Currently it is using a mixture of OGA assets and my own. The current state of the game does not reflect the quality I want to achieve.
I’m going to be working on level design soon. I am also toying around with some other ideas regarding the blocks. If you want to contribute level designs feel free to get in touch with your work and I will consider them for the next build.

v0.04 - Known Issues
Ball behaviour can be erratic.
Ball does not correctly rebound off player, rather maintains current X velocity.
Ball may zero out (lock to Horizontal Axis) if this occurs hit Backspace.
Ball may intersect Player colission mask. (note from v0.03 - possibly fixed)
