The idea was that characters appear and they give you a prompt and you must pick the right option to defeat them. 
You'll get score for each opponent defeated and you have a few tries if you get it wrong. 
When the timer is out you lose even if you have health left and it will get faster over time. Defeating a character will give you bonus time.

LEVEL UP!!
Every time you do a snapshot of a character you will get a level for the character that appears. 
Levels will unlock rewards and the like in the future.

In Act 1 you'll be able to wash your face before bed each day (not all days, depending on events etc).
