I decided that the project was making absolutely no progress, and what little progress had been made was discarded.
I wasn't comfortable with all that useless stuff, so I deleted almost everything (except for the music, which is perfect, the story, and the logo).
Now I hope that with this fresh start, my first original game will make progress!
