Changed almost everything on how the shop system works.
Fixed some Known bugs.
Changed Post Processing Effect.
Removed a graphical setting.
Increasing the menu(s) scroll sensitivity.

Added fully animated fps arms. All whats left is to add the actual character model. Hopefully tomorrow
