Cirbys across the multiverse are usually shaped by there surrounding, and more importantly, there relationships.

If one has a stable, loving foundation, they will mirror that through there actions

Many Cirbys out there are very lucky to have very good life's full of friends and loved ones

But some are not so lucky

A Cirby exposed to only the negatives of life, or having there loved ones be either taken away or be bad influences, the Cirby may develop less than wanted features.

We use to have a program to help rehabilitat them, but due to cost it's better to let them do there own thing
