I’ve had to sit on this update until the #gbjam was over. Didn’t wanna update while the voting was going on, ‘cause I thought that’d be cheating. It’s been a painful wait after noticing I got the damn name of the game wrong on the title screen!

But anyway, here’re the update details if you’re into that sorta thing.

Updated title screen. Credits are cleaner, actually used the PROPER GAME NAME!
Added version number on title screen.
Level 1 selected by default on title screen.
Shaking screen on start of levels fixed.
Fixed shooting through diagonal pigeon when too close in level 1.
Updated HUD to make the combos a bit cleaerer.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
