Randomly Decided to Update This Random ah Recode After Almost 2 Years, Thanks to @Bixqa Kinda Inspiring Me, Mainly this Patch Changes and Does

- Changes Radslas Old OC with His New One

- Adds a Black Header

- Updated Some Effects

- Some Visuals were Blurred so They dint look so Crusty

- Fixed Some Bugs
