Included: Unrelated amusing snippets from my personal dev notes
So this is the roadmap or update plan or whatever it's called:
Base game (2.0) -> Pain Mode (2.1) -> Joy route (2.2)
As of now, I'm focusing on completing the base game without any major routes. Pain Mode is a separate update because the mode itself is different in this fangame. It's not just higher difficulty and new enemies, but a different take on the story and gameplay. I'd love to talk more about Blessing's take on Pain Mode but I want to keep it as an exciting surprise... I'm excited to work on the mode myself!
For Joy route, I don't really flesh out the idea of the Blessing gang taking Joy pills since they don't have the reason to, and that's why it won't be included in the base game. But it's also an interesting concept to experiment with... I'll mess around with the idea after I'm done with the game.
I'm still focusing on making and completing an enjoyable game, you don't have to worry about me getting sidetracked! :>
