Tetsujin V3 Released

Tetsujin v3 is a sort of go-between between the post-jam version and the next version of Tetsujin, which will probably have a cool name. like Kotetsujin. which is the name it will definitely have.

this version adds a bunch of things that ostensibly make the game easier- the biggest new feature (besides ALL OF THESE COLORS) is the modification of the air attack to, instead of having you actively shoot downward and stab things, to a sweet House of Dead Ninjas style sword flip that functions similarly to the original move but is like 30 times cooler

and also it doesn’t force you to suddenly move at terminal velocity, which is always a plus

also a bunch of little nuances like stage design changes, smoke being on the layer behind you, new attack animations. stuff you’ll notice if you look for it but won’t affect newer players.

tell me what you think!

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

#screenshotsaturday

Here's a peaceful little forest scene for this #screenshotsaturday, from the beginning of the game.

Another house i made long time ago.

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

So here's the first of the zodiac signs i will make for the next weeks.

Call it 'wrong turn'!🚫 The feeling of running into a house with only one exit🚪, and being doomed to die. #pixelart #pixelartist #pixelartwork #art #pixel #indiegame #IndieGameDev #indieartist

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
