Major Changes

-Added Episode 2 - The Basin (5 levels + boss level + 3 new songs)

Small Changes

-Updated E1 boss dialogue

-Removed some file bloat

-Made liches factor height difference into choice of skeleton to revive

-Made ethereal lava do 3 damage instead of 1

-Made elevator objects stop rendering when off screen

-Fixed z order issues with parallax backgrounds
