Powers: Can talk to Animals and Supersonic Scream, Slight superhuman strength.

Equipment: Raven Power Suit and Wingpack. (it allows him to fly)

Backround: He used to be a Kingpin before his daughter got shot instead of him, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down. then he used his wealth and Connections to make himself this Power suit and find the guy responseable.

Notable Features: Skilled in hand-to-hand Combat.

(basically he is a combo of Batman and Iron man lol)
