I wanted to go over the situation involving Lester Tellez to let everyone know what’s going on. This was once a friend of mine.

On October 9, 2025, Lester Gabriel Tellez, 20, was arrested by Florida International University (FIU) Campus Police. According to public court records, Tellez has been charged with two third-degree felony counts of battery on a person with a mental or physical disability.

In his charges, Lester Tellez has two separate counts of the same battery listed. This could mean he either assaulted two different people or attacked the same person twice.

The case, officially listed under State Case Number 13-2025-CF-022112-0001-01, was filed on October 10, 2025, and assigned to Judge Andrea Ricker Wolfson. His bond was set at $5,000. While there is no official indication that he’s currently in jail, it’s most likely that he is being held or processed pending further court hearings Since this is just happened.

The charges battery on a person with a mental or physical disability are third-degree felonies in Florida, each carrying a potential sentence of up to five years in prison. If convicted on both counts, Tellez could face a maximum of ten years behind bars, along with possible fines and probation.

Before the arrest, Lester and his partner were reportedly banned from their college campus, including all events and activities, after a series of incidents related to political disputes and behavior on campus. Now, on top of that, he’s facing serious criminal charges that could lead to major consequences.

The arrest has already gained traction online after a tweet from journalist Jayden Davis (JaydenDavisNC) shared Tellez’s mugshot and court details.

As of now, no plea has been entered, and no trial date has been set. The case remains in the pre-hearing stage, and further filings or motions are expected in the coming weeks.

It’s also been reported that Lester was asked to leave a college campus for causing trouble and has been confirmed to have stolen other people’s work.

this was confirmed by one of the members of his own ON POINT political team.

This has not been proven yet, but people are now discussing claims that Lester Tellez allegedly spoke to an underage minor supposedly not knowing their age, though people suggests he did. This information remains unconfirmed, but considering his past comments about adding rape to his game, it’s not something that can be easily dismissed.
