The Big Patch 2.0 (The Night 6 Patch)


Hey guys SussLord here. Just released an update to the game. Night 6 had a few bugs so those have now been fixed, specifically the spotlight not lighting up the characters and a strange animation issue. We also removed some leftover debug keys left in the game. Custom Nights ending has now been solved by not playing the Night 6 cutscene over again.

Laggy Generator Repair

Right now we know of a bug which causes Generator Repair to have laggy framerates on some computers. Right now there's nothing we can do to "fix" due to it being a bug caused by hardware, and not by actual coding. We need to make a more optimized version of it that will be togglable, but it may take awhile.

Saving and Loading Issues

There's also a current known issue where saving can be a bit weird. If the game refuses to bring you onto Night 2, that's not the game having an issue, but your computer refusing to let the game generate a save file. The fix to this is to check all your Anti-Viruses and make sure none of them are stopping the game from making a save file, and if that doesn't seem to work running the game in Administrator mode may fix the issue.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
