The Bloody River Sequel called "The Dreamtaker" was a running joke in The Bloody River development. But this joke was supposed to become reality once. Here's the first teaser made in early 2022 that was published on the main HN community discord server

And no, sequel will never happen, I tried to make this reality 4 times, and everytime it was canceled. I lost motivation to come back to it + I think Hello Neighbor is not a worth franchise to make BIG fan games for anymore, and this game was supposed to be huge, but as I said, it'll never happen
