The CJ Collection v0.5.2 + CJ The Game 3 v0.2.0 Update!


This patch contains some bug fixes for CJ 1 and CJ 2 and a content update for CJ The Game 3.

Before that though, I want to shout out @StickGuyYT for creating this very awesome skin mod! (sadly due to how gamemaker modding works it no longer works with the game, but I have plans to fix that )

CJ The Game 3 (v0.2.0):

  • World 2 (The Underwater World) is here!

    • Adds 4 new levels and a boss

    • I am still tweaking the player movement in these levels, so if they feel weird that's why :p

  • Added background pedestrians in the driving Herbie cutscene that walk around.

  • World 1's boss was missing some sounds, they've been added.

  • Speaking of sounds, I re-imported all of the games music so it should be less "echo-y" and sound more like the original game. Let me know what you think!

  • Tweaked bonus breakout physics a bit, still need work :/

  • Bug Fix: The game window would resize when going back to the title screen (Should only happen once).

The CJ Collection (v0.5.2):

  • Updated the bundled version of CJ The Game 3 to v0.2.0

  • Sped up "loading" of CJ 1 and CJ 2 by a very small bit.

  • Bug Fix: Text could sometimes be the wrong color.

  • Bug Fix: You could skip the final cutscene in CJ 2 by pressing any key (should only happen on the "press any key" screen).

  • Bug Fix: The game window wouldn't resize when quitting from CJ The Game 3.

2 AM motivation strikes again, and made me complete all the content for CJ The Game 1! Still need to redraw most assets however...

The CJ Collection 0.8.0 Update!

A patch has been released to fix compatibility with Windows 7. You will need to download both the new main release, and the Windows 7 patched executable.
