I've noticed a lot of comments criticizing this game's central mechanic, the flip mechanic. I knew this mechanic would get a lot of backlash, it's unique, and risky, and an idea nobody has ever done.
Trust me, that's why I added it.
This game is for a certain type of person, a person that WANTS to see what's on the other side, and doesn't just want it handed to them on a red velvet pillow.
If you enjoyed the game, that's great, and I'm very glad. If you didn't, then it's sad to see you go, but that doesn't give you ANY excuse to be as cruel to me about it as you all have been.
However, I encourage you to keep going. Yes, the mechanic is hard to get used to, but getting used to it is so rewarding and eventually navigating it near flawlessly is such a rewarding feeling that I encourage you to pursue.
I knew the opinion on it would be divisive, but I didn't anticipate the level of absolute bitter complaining I'd get in the comments. We're not going to remove or drastically change the flip, it'd be counter-intuitive to what this game strives to be.
If you actually care enough to want to see what's on the other side, you will need to relearn to walk.
