Hey, everyone. The final update that will make this game complete will be in development for a long time. Why? Because of these reasons:
Enemy Roster Overhaul
What does this mean exactly? Well, I'll be reworking alot of stuff concerning enemies and bosses. This includes things like stats, AI for their abilities, and who will make it to the full game. The biggest downside to this is that adding new enemies into the main roster could potentially screw up the troops I already made for the current demo. Thankfully, I reorganized the maps in a more constructed way in the project so finding all the maps that needs their enemy troops fixed will be more streamlined.
Additional Content
What I mean by this is that there's a possibility that there will be bonus dungeons, and even bonus bosses. I already gave you all a taste of the Arena in the Flan Level and there will be more Cups/Matches added in for the final game. As for the bonus dungeons and bosses, I obviously can't spoil anything. You just gotta find them yourself when the full game is out
Expanded Maps and Changes to Existing Areas
After experimenting, I told myself that I can expand the maps of certain levels. I kinda did this when I added that little section about the Sit N' Survive kid so maybe I can do the same with other levels. Another thing that will happen is that existing areas will go through some changes. I'm not just talking about expanded maps; I'm talking about changes like map layout, and improved sprites.
What Will Make it to the Full Game?
I...don't know exactly. What I do know is that what's in the current demo is most likely going to stay in the full game; that includes the levels like Pilgrim's Progress and Desolate Hope/Room, the basic but simple RPG battle system, etc. As for additional stuff like more characters from Scott Cawthon's other games, that has yet to be seen. Now that the assets of Elemage and WAR have been extracted, there's potential for those games to appear in mine. However, I'll hold off on that until I conduct more "research". What I mean by that is, I'll play Scott Cawthon's other games on my free time to see if the worlds within them has enough material to work with in order to be in my FNAF World fan game. Of course, I am playing these games for fun as well; it's just that if I do get some ideas in my head while playing them, there's a chance that they'll appear in my game in any shape or form; whether it be easter eggs, side quests, main story, or bonus content. And thanks to folks like @BigAl0104
, playing these Non-FNAF games made by Scott himself became WAY easier now!
So in conclusion, that's the current plan for the full version of FNAF World: When Worlds Collide MV; Improved enemy roster, bonus content, better maps and sprites, and what will get into the full game overall. I know this will make development for the game take longer but hey, this is a passion project for not only FNAF fans but also those who love Scott Cawthon's old games. I hope you're all excited for what's in store for this game!
I'll be sure to give out teasers and little updates here and there to let you all know that this game isn't dead. See ya!
