In the meantime, this 2014 version of Caster's Trap has been renamed to Caster's Trap (2014)and will remain active for the time being.

Caster's Trap version 1.1 is now available and introduces the following!
-Mouse/touch controls have been optimized for the entire game
-Cursor change
-Added hints to puzzles
-Companion passthrough enabled sooner
-Minor bug fixes
Mouse controls have been added to the movement and title screen! Full control is still in the works for puzzle solving, quick-time events, etc., but give 1.1.0 a try!
