THE GRAPHICS UPDATE IS OUT!

You can download the new patch for FAUXTALE's Prologue demo on its Gamejolt page now:

Here's what's new:


Changes in 0.1.1:

Visual:

  • Changed the opening room to include the new Caverns tileset.

  • Changed Faux's sprites.

  • Tweaked the Yellow Man's overworld sprites.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed some issues with Fwoompy's appearance.

  • Fixed some bugs with the inventory menu.

Miscellaneous:

  • Tweaked the Yellow Man's fight.

  • Changed movement/sprinting speed and added acceleration.

  • Tweaked the cutscene that plays when waking up in the Afterlife.

  • Added a line of dialogue to Faux's apartment (try and find it!).

Thanks to @prisem for many of the art assets used in the update, and to the whole FAUXTALE team (and some friends) for playtesting!
