Good news and bad news.
The good news is that the PC became usable again as soon as I figured out the problem and took care of it. The game is once again in the works, and expect the game to release soon this month.
The bad news is... the problem turned out to be my GPU becoming defective; it kept showing artifacts and freezing Windows while it runs. From now on, I'm stuck with integrated graphics and will barely be able to run anything without any lag. Luckily, my game still runs just fine. Another problem is that one of my hard drives failed. (The one where Windows runs and where all of the project files are stored is still intact and working well, which means the recovery was all useless. 😐) If asked, I'll explain what was lost with the hard drive because it's not completely related to the game.
For now, I'll continue working on the game and try my best to give as many updates on the game as possible.
