All thanks to Franklin Saltzberg and Nathaniel Godfrey, who used to be the owners of the Cartoon Buddies Cake Place. The Cartoon Buddies television show has its own main settings. The Cartoon Buddies characters are born in their own universe and world. They've been wondering around their home locations when it comes to having mundane tasks, entertainment, companionship, and adventure. However. Franklin made the Cartoon Buddies to come in the universe and the world in real life. The Cartoon Buddies were exceptionally possessed by The Missing People. Plus, The Missing People were unintentionally in the Cartoon Buddies' universe and the Cartoon Buddies' world. The Missing People were likely popularized to be the main characters of the Cartoon Buddies TV series. A crazy plot twist.
