Now, what I'm seeing here is that Richard calls people liars if they aren't what he says they are. (Personal experience. I am a pro at learning patterns.)

Step one: Find out that Richard's back, check! Step two, get evidence that he's done something bad.. well, I guess lying checks out? And.. get him banned. Not check!
