This is Chain Trigger, teacher of the protagonists, biological father of Stalph and adoptive father of Wizz and Shakal.
His Special technique is called "Dimension Breaker", when he teleports the enemy closer to give him a strong attack combo when he least expect. His Ability is called "Time Saver", when he and his enemy uses a special technique, he grapples the opponent after teleporting them near him, making sure that only his special lands on the enemy.

It's an endless runner where you take control of Death herself and collect souls. There's also some other sinister people trying to collect souls too.
Also they're kinda rude, so be careful when playing it.
