this is my first game, no experience at all with rpg maker. so i decided to take it easy and just focus on what i'm good at, which is writing, so the games narrative is very streamlined and isn't too hard, it's MEANT to be replayed. (for the choices)

new version of kain. apparently chaos wanted to make a better version, the one posted before this was made around 2 months ago and they certainly improved a LOT. this isn't the portrait version, just the raw drawing.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...
