Hi everyone!

It's been a long while. Unfortunately this post is not about The Cardinal Crusade, but we do have some exciting news that fans of our work will still enjoy!

Are you ready?

We're working on a new game!

For those that remember, we had to pause development for the Cardinal Crusade due to contract conflicts.

So how come we are working on a new game?

This game will bypass the same conflicts by being a completely free game! A true passion project!

We've just published the gamejolt page for our new project, Eldritchvania!

Eldritchvania is a metroidvania style game that focuses on puzzles, exploration, mind bending horrors and a deep sprawling story.

You play as the aged occultist, Dougald, as he desperately searches for his son in the strange, decaying ruins beneath Blackhorn Church.

Beware, for the world will change and transform around you as your sanity drips away!

We took @Benallen 's suggestion and improved the map view even more by changing the colour of rooms you've entered, further clarifying where you've been so far; and thus where you might want to go next.

We're back with another update to Eldritchvania!

The focus here was accessibility, namely the flashing effects included throughout the game.

We've added the option to turn off flashing effects!
