Fixed neighbor not checking multiple noises properly

Fixed steam multiplayer not working properly(i hope, you still need the same download area as the other players)

Chair blocking the front door no longer resets

Added animations when using nailpullers and keys

Added Door locks that you unlock them by using the key to keyhole of a door

Made neighbor don't hide in a cupboard 90% of the time in hunt. He can also check multiple noises properly

AI are able to use weapons now

Finished the pre alpha house, not the best one outta there but i tried my best
