after a bit of thought, i decided that plasma girl will now be going open source, you are allowed to use it if you can learn clickteam, however i have some rules down below
rule 1: if you wanna use it to make your own game, make sure there's a few differences to make sure it doesn't involve copyright infringement.
rule 2: if you use it to make a fan game outta plasma girl. just mention me somewhere in the description via the @thundertornado

rule 3: if you use my code for either the fan game or even an your official game. just add abit of credit to me. that is all. I'll leave a link, and allow you all to go nuts.
