It’s called “Undergrowth”, and it’s about a skeleton who goes on a revenge mission after his plant was stolen by an evil wizard.
Since it’s a rougelike/RPG game (Ik, I like RPG games now, crazy), the game follows a turn-based combat system. You can do 4 things;
Attack: you can attack by aiming your sword at an enemy’s weak spot before it disappears
Heal: you can heal every other turn for 1-3 hp
Spells: you can cast a spell using “Rage”, which you build up by blocking attacks and dealing damage
Defend: you can use your shield to block/reduce the amount of damage take next
I’ve already got the basic battling system done, along with the first enemy. I’ve also got the player model done, along with its animations.
Tommorow I begin working on the Shop, which is where you buy upgrades and spells from a vendor, who is probably my favourite character I’ve ever designed;

That’s all for now. I’ve been making this game mainly as a distraction , but I fell in love with it, and mirrorbringer and COTP will still come out at their respective dates
