TLDR: Putting my project on hiatus cuz DBZ fan games have been taken down

I am not willing to fight legal teams to keep my game up

I might continue under a DBZ inspired universe (Poll)

Hello People,

It is with a heavy heart that I saddly announce that this project is on indefinite hiatus, this is truely not the end I wanted for this project but I will have to think a lot about it and rework everything.

Not long after I made my last post, I read up online and realised that my hard work would be at risk of being taken down and if I'm lucky, allowed to stay but unmonitized.

I am ok with my game being free, It was my intension anyway but I have read articles on how fan games have been taken down and I have seen Toei take action agaist people just talking about the dragon ball intellectual property. I am not ready to fight my way through Toei's legal team or otherwise to try and keep my game accesible to people so saddly I will stop working on it.

All hope is not lost tho, I would happily try to make a game in a general dragon ball feel or universe but I wouldn't hold my breath on it being soon. I will still put a poll on if you wanna see this project continue with a Dragon Ball inspired universe

With that said, it has been a pleasure having the chance to entertain you all and have feedback for my project, I am truely greatful for everyone who has supported me through this.

I hope to see you all again one day, whether it be on this or another project...

Hey everyone, sorry for the wait. As of now, I have 6 sprites for Goku, 1 Sprite for Krillin. I have these two's voices (just small aknowledgement when entering dialogue). Next up, I plan on adding Goku and Krillin Sprites and working on a Bulma sprite
