I have a few ideas, but I would love to see what you would all like! My ideas so far are...
Side quests to complete that give extra aid on your journey.
Breath of the Wild inspired mini-dungeons/shrines that give extra loot when completed.
Maybe a leveling-up system if that works well with the game. (Kinda like the Adventure of Link)
This is going to be pixel-art 2D style like the classic games. So, whatever may happen in this game has to work in the 2-dimensional view.
