Demo Fix 1.2.C (Demo)

This is a small patch that fixes and adds some things that weren't in the previous version. Among its new features are:

> - It's now possible to play as Ruiji in some minigames.

> - The sound when the timer starts to run out has been changed.

> - Doki-Oji can now talk to the player.

> - The structure of levels 1-2, 2-2, 2-3, and 1-3 (from You vs. Teresa mode) has been modified.

> - The physics of underwater levels have been fixed.

> - The volume of some audio tracks was lowered, and the volume of some songs was increased.

> The Aquaicis now make a sound when they emerge from the water.

> - A counter was added to the following minigames: Collect Coins; Don't Collect Any Coins.

> - Several bugs were fixed.
