Trampoline Cop update

Now that Pewdiepie judging is over, I can fix a couple things that I didn’t have time for before and were bothering me.

I’m sure the one everyone is happiest to hear is the Chief keeps track of batches of crooks, and only tells you they got away once per batch.

I’ve improved the map a little, so the cop can move faster and the crooks take longer routes. I think they’re easier to catch now, so I’ve ajusted how they spawn and lowered the time bonus when you catch one. I think overall it’s a more fun balance.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Demonstration of the spells and their effects :)!

We're knee deep in multiple large features and "game feel". Quick peek behind the scenes in this weeks Dev Blog: https://bit.ly/2QmmaQM
