TRTF5 Status Update


Hey everyone, I'm Foxa/Foxxy Games, the developer behind TRTF5, and I wanted to discuss the progress made so far on the upcoming demo build.

A good bit of progress has been made, including the following:

-Progress has begun on allowing items in the level. F1 A1 has 4 items within the level, and renders have been made for all of them. Right now I am getting the animation systems and spawning systems functional

-Mouse Cursor Functionality Progress has also been made, allowing the player to hover over certain interactions, though it does need a bit of work, and its missing the ability to toggle it, but besides that it works.

-Time system is fully functional, as well as the night system. You can even open minigames after some specific nights! It has some spawning issues when it comes to the player, but I'm working on it.

-Floor 1 has been entirely re-rendered.

-Night Vision Goggles finally have battery, and soon them and the flashlight will be rechargable with batteries you can find around Fazbear Inc.

Normally I'd be trying to make more progress then this, but due to this project being just considered a side project, its not my upmost priority. I'm too busy focusing on primary projects and the tasks around them, so things are taking a bit when it comes to this progress. I'll continue to update you on the 1st of every month with a status update as progress on the project is made. Try and have a good day everyone!

Recently realized I never posted these, but these were some things from three ideas for projects that never came to be from some friends of mine, for whom which I ended up making logos! Thought I might as well go ahead and share em, cuz why not!

TRTF5 - "Puppet Master" Teaser

I didn't show it off beforehand, but here was the banner I made for Jolly Anniversary Edition! Had to be made quite quickly due to some complications, but for what was a pretty quick job, I think it turned out pretty alright.

Small Update + Change to Teaser Releases (Teaser Included)

Additionally to the prior post, I also made the office for the game, which I think turned out pretty neat!

Note: The office itself has actually been updated to have the light on the ceiling be less bright, it wasn't supposed to be like that!

Thought I'd give a little tease at something, as it has been a while since the last update, but here's a little WIP shot of me reprogramming the main menu! Gonna be reprogramming them (except GPD Mode, which just needs some minor tweaking and additions)
