Added community Italian (Italiano) localization (translated/sprites/proofread by L'Armadio, proofread by EuvierUWU, translated/proofread by Green-Hat, sprites/proofread by Andrea Bruzzone, voice acting by Ernest_thor.)
Updated community Russian (Русский) localization (translated by Zakuro, proofread by TheEpicTea, sprites/font by Anasu Meruku, voice acting by The Th3rd Sergeevich.)

Minor visual changes to the language select menu.
As a reminder, we've updated our website's localization page with the following:
Guidelines and resources for having community localizations added to the game.
A list of currently-supported languages, and those which are planned or in-development.
These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis once substantial progress has been made.
Our official localizations for Spanish (Español), Dutch (Nederlands), and Brazilian Portuguese (Português Brasileiro) are still a work-in-progress. Our localizers for Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese are both open to assistance, if anyone is interested! There's a list of guidelines for translating to Spanish pinned in our Discord's localization channel -- and the current language file (translated up to Starstruck Village) can be provided upon request.
Please note that it does take a considerable amount of time to translate everything written so far! This requires rewriting over 16,600 lines of text with quality and accuracy, and can take much longer for solo volunteers.

If you missed it, we released an April 2024 "Spring Cleaning" devlog which served as a showcase for smaller-scope tasks we've been working on -- involving refinements to existing content, and explaining our design philosophies thereof. This included some resprites for Papyrus, Temmie, Boogiemen, and more!
Our next devlog will likely go over similar topics, whenever that may be -- though in lieu of a progress report, we're happy to announce that all of the Boogiemen's new battle sprites are finished and implemented in-game!
All we have to do is polish things up, fix some issues, and manually backport everything from the Demo v3.0+ branch to Demo v2.0's... and then once the new music is finished, everything is good to go for a v2.1.0 update!
