TURN Dies and Cross/Me Is Born

I’ve decided to rename this RPG. The game was going to originally be turn-based, but that didn’t really cut it for me. Instead, I’m going for more of a live-battle RPG like Final Fantasy 7. The engine is once more being redesigned, but not in Java. This time, I upgraded to Game Maker: Studio rather than using my obsolete Game Maker 8, and all the barriers keeping me from completing the game earlier have been extensively cut down. This game is now more possible than ever. The HUD, one of the hardest things for me to accomplish originally, is now complete and customizable, at least for me as a dev of the game. Combat will be more fluid than in the original engine, as well.

Just wanted to let you guys know how things were going and tell you that the major delay I talked about earlier won’t be as major as previously thought. TURN may not be happening anymore, but Cross/Me is definitely happening, and it’s coming by storm.

Also, I’m still using the same characters as before. No change there, ha-ha.
