Another update released. :)

Changes:
Refinements two a number of Gable’s animations. Among other things, her tail is a bit longer now, particularly when walking and running, to better fit with her tail length while flying.
Her run animation is more kinetic, with both her tail and wingtips flexing on step impact.
In her walking animation her tail subtly swings side to side, and brushes the ground. Though most surfaces are covered in grass, so it’s probably not going to be especially visible that often.
Her attack animation has more than twice as many frames, but it still about the same length, so it’s much smoother.
The introduction of the Mantle is less cryptic now. The mantle first appears in the tutorial level, and is first explained in level 4 (first map with hazards). The explanation is more detailed now as well.
Enemy optimization refined. The skellies go into low computation mode when far off screen. In the prior version, sometimes they wouldn’t move from their spawn orientation until the exact moment they were on screen. This has been fixed.
A little more secret stuff added in the final basic map.
Finally, a number of people have asked about supporting Down Ward. Up until now I’ve intentionally not provided any way for people to donate to, or support me, because I wanted to make sure I had completed the main points I’d outlined for the game before I accepted anything from anyone.
Now that I’ve completed the main game development milestones I listed in the Greenlight outline, I’ve experimentally added a “pay what you want” option.
That said, Down Ward is still FREEWARE, with a “pay what you want” option, and not the other way around. Meaning $0 is my suggested default price, if that makes sense. :]
At the moment there’s no way to express that Down Ward is intended to be freeware in the “Name your price” dialog, (appears when you click Play/Download), but you can skip directly to the down load by clicking the “No thanks, take me to the Download” link shown below.
