finally, after rebalancing every level, adding a new level, a new rank that changes the gameplay almost completely. I've finished development of the next version. The update will be released tomorrow.(image is a screenshot from the level i that mentioned)
Just released a small patch and decided that while i'm at it, why not upload the game for linux? i have to admit i never used linux, so some things may not work properly.
i discovered that there is a glitch that doesn`t let you get to the main menu from level select, and since i haven't made any gameplay changes, i decided to release a small patch.
so, recently i made a new update for my game, added some achievements, accessories and a new soundtrack for tutorial. but i have a lot of plans for next update and it will be the biggest one i ever made (kinda)(not really)
since my gamy has like 3 colors i decided to make an option for small outlines around the character and items that you can use. yeah its probably not that usefull but at least my screenshots would look cleaner (and it looks neat IMO)
i made so the character has the accessories that you choose on the main menu. before it worked only in levels and also i gues he just decided to stand still while i was recording. (he is supposed to move randomly)
I remade the tutorial and now its a location connected to the enemy base, where before it was just an empty place. Also it will have it's own soundtrack, but haven't finished it yet.
In the next update a new rank will be added. To get it you will need to get spotted by a specific enemy and beat the level while everyone is chasing you. Yes, its possible, i test all of the levels. Though i think i need to add some QOL mechanics to this.
after more then 1 year of development i have finally fixed this bad looking circle.
in the next update there will be 2 secret levels, and to unlock them you need to collect these hidden question marks, the levels will be more story based then other (though i haven't worked on them much yet).
