Time for another community contest! We want YOU to submit your NPC designs! Doesn't have to be sprites, just some kind of art showcasing how they look.

Submit it either here on GameJolt with the hashtag #BnPNPC or in our Discord server in the fanart channel with the words UT BnP NPC Contest Entry:

The top 10 most popular submissions will be chosen for the second round of voting, where 5 winners will be chosen to be included in the game!

Here are some rules:

1. No self inserts of any kind - No resemblance to your persona, real life self, ect. will be allowed. If we find out after the character has been put in-game that it breaks these conditions, they will be immediately removed and replaced.

2. No Humans or Darkners - Must be Monsters, pretty self explanatory.

3. Variants of existing Monsters are allowed - As long as they're of NPCs and not encounterable monsters (which includes bosses, enemies, main characters, etc.)

4. Must be your own design - You're not allowed to use the designs of other people, or take designs from other games and media, like Deltarune.

5. Be respectful of others' submissions - No putting others down for the things they submit to the mod.

The ending date for this contest November 20th.

As for progress on the upcoming Hotland Update, we're in the final stages of developing!

We have finished developing all of the major content required for the next major update's release, and have started to begin final testing.

The release of this next update... is fast approaching.
