General Changes:
Fixed armor sprites not drawing correctly in cutscenes.
Fixed some faulty code that caused the camera to stop properly following Frisk when using the phone in certain rooms.
Removed the ability to fight the double Chilldrakes or the Troubleboys in True Pacifist.
