Untold Devlog # 02

Hi all!

What in tarnation have we been up to?

It may not seem like much of an update but we made great progress this week (in our eyes). Our Lead Artist, Callum Wain [@CallumAWain - Twitter] has completed modelling, UV-ing and texturing Red. We’re really happy with the final outcome, the next step now is to rig Red ready for animation testing! You can view the turnaround on Youtube below, please like, share and subscribe! It really does help us

What in tarnation will we be up to next?

So, we’ve finished rigging the lantern and Red is ready to rig. We aim to finish her rig this week in preparation for some much needed testing in engine. We’ll need to test things like; collision between her and the lantern, in-engine constraints for the lantern and blending of animations.

It’ll be a lot of work for our animator and programmers so let’s hope they don’t want to kill us by the end of the tests!

Chaow for now, and don’t forget to stay spicy

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Demonstration of the spells and their effects :)!

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Hello my space friends! Now I added a space background to the ship. I love that space look but I still feel like stuff is missing. The lighting on the ship needs some improvements I think. Please tell me your opinion!

What Are You Doing In My Swamp!?
