Update 0.1.0

First update since the gamejam! Yayifications.

Changed controls sprite to include letters.
Input completely resets when the window has no focus.
Added a main path identifier to generation. Essential items will only spawn in main paths.
Added screen shake.
Changed death UI effect slightly.
Fixed minor UI layout issues.
Increased cost of airgun’s upgrade to 30-10 from 20-10.
Decreased airgun’s stun time multiplicator to 0.06 from 0.08.
Gun cooldown now happens through melee.
