Update 0.1.5


After a long period the new build is finally done, introducing some gameplay changes, better graphics and some general improvements.

Base building was previously made directly from the construction yard like in Command & Conquer games. In the new mechanic buildings are made through bulldozers, this gives more liberty to construction since “base walking” is not needed anymore and producing extra bulldozers are cheaper than producing a MCV.
Some units are now capable of attacking new targets, like Heavy Tank now having AA missiles and Battle Copters being able to aim their machinegun to other air targets.
Transport units are now functional allowing faster locomotion and new possibilities of invading a enemy land. Units resting a full turn inside a transport also get healed.

Full changelog:

  • doubled the graphical resolution of most objects

  • added single player traning maps

  • selecting an enemy unit allows you to see it’s attack range

  • buildings are now constructed by the bulldozer unit, produced at the construction yard

  • added transport units

  • changed certain weapons to be able to hit targets previous unreachable, but with decreased effectivenes

  • map selection now use thumbnails

  • fixed a bug related to defense bonus calculation

  • added an encyclopedia listing all units and buildings and it’s stats

  • attemping to do an invalid action shows a short message explaining the problem

  • GUI improvements (new sprites, colors, highlights)

  • allow manually saving the replay with a custom name at the end of a match

  • dedicated server option: server may set to allow the first player to join to set up the game configurations

  • console now correctly split long messages into multiple lines while keeping whole words in the same line

  • new animated background for main menu

  • more musics
