This small update fixes some bugs and gameplay balance problems found in recent play tests.

rocket launcher damage changed to high explosive; increased base damage; decreased cost
high explosive damage factor vs heavier armor decreased
splash damage factor decreased
few minor changes to unit pricing / hp / damage
submerged submarines won’t block enemy path / can pass bellow other ships
Bug fix:
in-game unit information showing at wrong place
player info showing at map selection screen
