Added Settings and Leaderboard to mainmenu. (Leaderboard in progress)
Added ability to change sound in settings.
Added ability to go back to the mainmenu after entering the game.
Added score to be shown after death.
Removed ability to jump with mouse.
Bugfixes.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
