now the version count is not "0.1.0", but "1.0.1", due to the first number being major, second minor and third fixes
fixed being able to pause / enter camera mode while dying or finishing the stage
fixing being able to taunt while being in hurt state
when taunting during an action, you now get back to that action instead of jumping (both air and ground)
during screen fade, when you enter camera mode, the fade becomes invisible (so its not dark)
you CANT taunt while paused
you can skip the intro
fixed hud positioning
some other very VERY minor changes (i dont even remember them)
