Update 1.2.0


"Why there is an 1.2.0 and not an 1.1.0?"

That is a question that you probably didn't ask, anyways I will explain. I did have an 1.1.0 in my hard drive, but I never uploaded since I felt it was so cheap in content in comparison to the first version that it wasn't even deserve the 1.1.0, more like 1.0.1. So I just forgot about it like one year or two since now.

But anyways, whats new here?

  • Improvement in Level Editor: I didn't summarize well to myself what i've changed, but what I can say, you can choose between SMB or SMB 3 physics, also if you want you can toggle the camera to go back. In addition now you also have multiple rooms for you level, as well as pipe entraces. So you can choose what to do and do a lot of fun stuff with it.

  • Changed credits: The credits in first version were kinda meh, I didn't even correctly accredited every asset I took, so I did a bit of research and found out where I've got em, I added Special Thanks too, (Thank you my AJ, ily, without you i wouldnt update this never.) and thank you @MinionAppleBanana , you did give the idea to put the Deluxe credits style and music. (That also means that the previous song was erased. Sad. I did like it)

  • Changed princess music: Added an extended loop from Vs. SMB (Idea of @MinionAppleBanana too PD: Thank you for the correction).

  • Added one more language: Yes, now you can change languages. Since the only two languages I know are Spanish and English, thats what is available right now. (I accept help)

  • Fast volume changer: Now you can change volume faster using + and - keys on you keyboard.

  • Screen Size Setting: The default screen size was x3 (That means the game was x3 larger, so 1 pixel where 3 width and height), but now you can change it as you want.

  • Fixed out UI: Some UI where out the game canvas, so I fixed it and now everything is inside where it should be.

  • Fixed Lakitu not going back in 8-2

  • Fixed double plant in 4-1

  • Fixed random spikes in 4-1

  • Fixed hammer bro and bowser sprites for castle (Hammer where different colour before and after throwing)

  • Little tweaks in settings UI for better read.

  • Added new Player Selection screen like SMB 2: Last one was pretty boring, just the name and that, now is a bit funnier thanks to stealing sprites from SMB 2. haha

  • Bug fixes...

Thats all what this update has to offer. I hope that the 51 followers (Actually, thats awesome, thanks you all so much) will enjoy this.

Future Plans?

I see it very very hard to keep updating this, as university, a personal life take out time to work. But I'll try to add more Deluxe content like versus, more content to Level Editor and Online Game Mode (Not like a battle royal wtf youre crazy, no, use the Co-op mode to play one as server and other as client. To people who are far from eachother) and adding the SMB Lost Levels levels.
