The Joy of Creation: Story Mode

Update #3.

Hey everyone,

I can happily say that work on TJoC:R has started again, it took quite a while to create the very first cutscenes, and we still have one more to go for the next demo, after that, the bedroom level needs to be finished and I can hopefully release the next Story Mode demo, expected mid February!

What will be happening after that is that I’ll take my time and work on the final game, no piece by piece releases anymore.

Thank you all for your patience, and I hope there’s still some hype left there! :)

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

I was bored, so... ManutKat.

"Our work is never over" they said.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

Today I tackled drawing different variations of facial expressions for one of the main characters in Eden. What do you think of it? :) Eden: https://gamejolt.com/games/Eden/592698
