Update 5/25/2014

Okay, so it looks like I’m going to start creating an actual game with this engine.

The game is called DroneWars, which has nothing to do with the games you might know - unless it’s the one made with CoolBasic, then yes, I’m re-creating that. I’m still developing the engine while I progress with the game - especially if I see something important missing and that is why I’m creating this game.

Anyhow, the update includes:

  • Enemies with shields! (Regenerates shield after 5 seconds if not hit)

  • Better controls for player (WASD/Arrows + Mouse-aim)

  • Lazery sound, woohoo!

  • Camera follows player

  • New FPSGraph by Raph (http://www.monkey-x.com/Community/posts.php?topic=5443)

  • BULLET-TIME! Hold SPACE and see how it works. (Too bad Monkey X doesn’t support all the sound-manipulations on HTML5 so I can’t pitch them down while bullet-timing…)

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

a drawing I did because I was bored😪. But I love how it turned out.😊
